Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Telemarketer to help generate warm transfers and support our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, thrives on hitting goals, and communicates clearly and confidently on the phone. Consistency and strong work ethic are key — your performance directly impacts your earning potential.

Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day
- Engage prospects in a professional and friendly manner
- Qualify leads and complete warm transfers to the sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and follow internal call processes
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
Compensation:
- $15/hour for the first 60 days, then $16/hour
- Weekly Transfer Bonus:
- 0–25 transfers: $10
- 26–40 transfers: $15
- 41+ transfers: $25
- Anticipated annual compensation: $45,000–$80,000+ depending on performance
